Unfortunately I would be one of those which has problems with all of them, and I've tried every tips available, but same problem, so instead of trying to find cheats or find a way to get my console up and running I was wondering if anyone had ran into a character editor or the likes, I'm pretty sure that would solve my 'cheating' issues hehe

EthemosSomeone was making one, but I'm not sure how much they've got done. Go to this website and send a PM or email to the creator of the editor and ask him about it.

Dec 12, 2019 To be safe, copy the save that you extracted and paste it to create a backup in case if you mess up). Open up the Fallout 3 Save Editor and go to the 'Open' tab and open up your gamesave. Mod your save with the Save Editor. Once you are done modding your save go to the 'File' tab and hit save (you may have to overwrite your save).

- The Fallout 3 training manual was converted by EpFwip in 2013 to HTML format. This conversion has been updated as the official and current documentation for all versions of xEdit. Tome of xEdit Previous Documentation: The original Fallout 3 and Fallout NV training manuals are still available for download for offline viewing in PDF format.
- So I went through several forums looking for a way to edit my saves when I cam across a post by 'Cmrtnll' where he stated that for those trying to use FALCHE to set the path to the MAIN Fallout folder and not the save folders. In other words: C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common Fallout or where ever you put the game. Not this: C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common.
